i-Ciao softphone is a software-based Voice/Video over IP (VoIP, SIP 2.0 standard) phone with both audio and video conference features. With its intuitive user interface, it is easy for ITSP customers to utilize all phone features such as: dialing and receiving calls on multiple lines, transferring calls, hosting a conference…etc. With software based solutions, the cost is significantly reduced compared to hardware SIP phones. Besides, extending new features also takes few time and efforts by updating the new i-Ciao software.
Based on Unicode technology, i-Ciao softphone is easy to customize to any local language by your request. Users can switch the user interface languages during run-time. Currently it has been localized to English, Italian, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, …etc. Its user interface is also customizable by your request. Users can also switch different preloaded user interfaces at run-time. |
